Message Frequency: You will receive messages at a maximum rate of one per day.

Opt-Out Instructions: To stop receiving messages, reply with the keyword "STOP." You will receive a confirmation SMS, and no further messages will be sent.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cost: Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details.

6. Data Sharing and Third-Party Disclosure

6.1 Meta Platform (Facebook & Instagram) Integration

When you connect your Facebook or Instagram account to My Marketing Pro, we request permission to access certain Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts you administer, solely to provide the marketing functionality you've requested. Specifically, we access this data only to:

• List the Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts you manage, so you can select which one(s) to publish from.
• Publish, schedule, and edit posts on your behalf to the Pages and Instagram accounts you explicitly select.
• Read existing posts and their engagement metrics (likes, comments, reactions) so we can display campaign performance reporting inside My Marketing Pro.
• Display the account's name and profile picture inside our dashboard so you can confirm which account is connected.

We do not:

• Sell or share your Meta-platform data with third parties for advertising.
• Access private messages or DMs.
• Use your data for any purpose other than the marketing functionality you've explicitly requested.

You can disconnect your Facebook or Instagram account at any time from the Social Media Marketing section of your dashboard, which immediately revokes our access and deletes the stored authentication tokens.

6.2 Google Calendar Integration

When you connect your Google Calendar to My Marketing Pro, we access your calendar data solely to:

• Display your availability to people who visit your booking link.
• Create calendar events when meetings are booked.
• Show you which Google account is connected.

We do not:

• Share your calendar data with third parties.
• Access or store the content of your calendar events.
• Use your calendar data for advertising or any purpose other than the booking functionality.

You can disconnect your Google account at any time from your dashboard, which will revoke our access and delete stored authentication tokens.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

8. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own. When doing so, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses under GDPR.
