My Marketing Pro is an AI-powered marketing automation platform built by industry veterans. Our founder previously built Conversation (an award-winning 60-person agency) and Five Tier (pioneering programmatic CTV and digital out-of-home).
The platform delivers enterprise-grade marketing capabilities to businesses of all sizes:
- Conversational AI Avatars (HeyGen + ElevenLabs)
- 250M+ Consumer Data Profiles
- Multi-Channel Campaigns (Email, SMS, CTV, Display, Audio)
- Full-Stack CRM & Lead Generation
- AI-Powered Creative & Content Tools
We have the product. We have the market. We need the sales leader to scale it.
What You'll Do
- Own the $10MM+ annual revenue target and build the strategy to hit it
- Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Design and implement scalable sales processes and playbooks
- Establish KPIs, forecasting models, and reporting frameworks
- Close enterprise deals yourself while building the team
- Partner with product and marketing on go-to-market strategy
- Develop relationships with agencies, resellers, and strategic partners
- Represent the company at industry events and in client meetings
Who You Are
- Proven track record of building and scaling B2B sales teams
- Experience selling SaaS, marketing technology, or advertising solutions
- Comfortable in a player-coach role — selling while leading
- Strong relationships in the agency, SMB, or enterprise space
- Data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting
- Located in or around NYC; willing to meet in Midtown regularly
- Hungry to build something meaningful — not just collect a paycheck
Compensation
We’re flexible and ready to structure a package that works for the right candidate.
Base + Commission
Competitive base salary plus aggressive commission structure. Negotiable based on experience and track record.
