As an affiliate or partner you have free access to the integrate email blaster on the My Marketing Pro platform for use in outreach to potential clients of My Marketing Pro. Our tools are not to be used for personal or other business use and only for use to generate opportunities for My Marketing Pro.

You are also able to use gmail or other personal email for 1-to-1 outreach or mail merges to scale outreach.

Initial emails should be EXTREMELY short and sweet with light customization to avoid spam folders.

An example is as follows:

SUBJECT: Marketing opportunity for [Organization]…

BODY:
Hi [First Name],

Hope your day is going well!

Reaching out to discuss a marketing opportunity for [organization].

Would you be the right person to discuss this with? If not, can you please let me know who is?

Looking forward to hearing from you and will followup in a few days time if I don’t hear back to make sure you got this!

The above is intentionally vague, doesn’t mention a sale, asks if the person receiving the email is a decision maker, and states that we will followup in they don’t respond.

Giving too much information has proven to lead to lower response rates, not asking if the person is the right contact does not prompt a reply if they are not, and telling them you will followup is more likely to lead to a response so that you do not send repetitive emails.
